Homes with permits issued after February 1, 2014 will come with the mandatory warranty coverage as outlined in the Alberta New Home Buyer Protection Act/Alberta New Home Warranty Program:
1 year – Labour & Materials
2 years – Distribution Systems
5 years – Building Envelope
10 years – Structure

We make every effort to ensure any warranty issues that occur within the warranty period of your new home are taken care of in a professional and timely manner.
If you are one of our valued existing customers within your 1-year warranty period, please submit a Request for Service in writing to our office. Your request must include:
- Your name(s)
- Date
- House Address
- Contact Number(s)
- Accessibility details for your home during weekday business hours
- A detailed list of your concerns
Our helpful service representatives are available by appointment to review your concerns at your home Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Your request for service can be delivered or faxed to our office or emailed to service@monarchhomes.ca
For after hours emergencies, please call our main office line 780-538-4026 and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, please check your Alberta New Home Warranty Certificate of Possession in the closing package you received on your walk-through for the relevant contractors’ phone number.
