BILD Grande Prairie — Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA)
Monarch Homes is a member of BILD Grande Prairie, a local chapter of the CHBA. As a respected CHBA member since 1994, Monarch Homes has worked diligently to represent the ideals of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association. CHBA members strive to maintain an ethical business culture with integrity, responsibility, and leadership in all areas of business: from environmentally responsible construction and business practices to human resource development and workplace health and safety.
Our management team members have served as board members with BILD Grande Prairie for many years, handling construction industry issues at the local and provincial levels.
Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP)
2024 marks Monarch Homes’s 30th year as a member in good standing with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. ANHWP Members demonstrate knowledge, commitment, and discipline when building new homes. Once accepted as members, all builders are reviewed annually to assess their qualifications and commitment to customer satisfaction and a healthy, stable building industry.
